About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fund Management- Functional Consultant to join our client dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled professional to lead payroll implementations and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Sector Management – Funds Management and Grants Management with S/4HANA brownfield migration experience is recommended. Experience in Funds Management and Grants Management configuration, any functional specifications for modifications to existing BAPIs or BADIs, third party integrations, customizations, etc…, perform fit gap analysis, lead functional workshops, testing: unit, integration testing and UAT, Cutover planning/testing, Go-live and Hypercare. On-site 10%, critical milestones: for example, UAT, Mock Cutover and Cutover/Go-Live.

Requirements

10+ Years Candidate
Experienced SAP Functional Consultant with a strong background in Fund Management
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with a focus on Fund Management
Strong understanding of SAP Fund Management module, including configuration, integration, and reporting
Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
Proficiency in SAP FICO, and other related modules
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to fund management
Conduct workshops and meetings to understand business processes and map them to SAP functionalities
Design SAP Fund Management solutions to meet business requirements
Configure SAP Fund Management module, including setting up funds, budget structure, budget types, and control objects
Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity of the SAP Fund Management configuration
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Identify and resolve any configuration or process issues during testing
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for SAP Fund Management projects
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of the SAP Fund Management module
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fund Management, providing ongoing support and maintenance
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP Fund Management processes and configurations
Generate reports and dashboards to monitor fund management performance and compliance
Stay up-to-date with SAP updates, enhancements, and best practices related to fund management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization
