About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring an SAP FICO Consultant in Dearborn, MI. This role is specifically focused on hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling configuration. The successful candidate will have experience leading multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and will be deeply experienced in FI/CO configuration. The role requires 7+ years of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration experience, including specific modules within FI and CO. Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge of FCV/FCTA stand programs, supporting month-end closing, configuring substitutions and validations, setting up company codes and exchange rates, and performing in-depth configuration of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules. The consultant will also analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, read and debug ABAP code, and support integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration experience
• Experience configuring FI-GL Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
• Experience configuring CO Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis
• Experience with ledgers and subledgers
• Experience with company code and exchange rate configuration
• Experience with month-end close processes
• Knowledge of FCV/FCTA stand programs
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration concepts
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code
• Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Agile development and delivery practices

Nice To Haves

• Advanced SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration experience
• Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience in a multi-company-code and multi-currency environment
• Strong understanding of integration with Purchasing, Sales, and Production modules
• Experience with SAP development and integration technologies, including ABAP, integration tools, and SAP UI technologies
