About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Architect for a full-time, long-term commitment. This role requires 12-15+ years of overall SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO). The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs and possess deep expertise in areas such as Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion. This position involves collaborating with global finance stakeholders, managing multi-vendor engagements, and leading global delivery teams. The role is 100% onsite in Indianapolis, IN, or at a client location.

Requirements

12-15+ years of overall experience in SAP.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).
Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion.
Strong experience in financial data migration, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
Experience collaborating with global finance stakeholders, including CFO organizations, Controllership, and Shared Services.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
Experience managing multi-vendor engagements and global delivery teams.

Responsibilities
