About The Position

Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) processes across retail and supply chain environments. Configure and optimize replenishment strategies, order proposals, forecasting models, and store/DC-specific parameters. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth integration with SAP Retail, APO, and ECC systems. Provide issue resolution, testing, documentation, and continuous improvements to strengthen forecasting accuracy and inventory availability.

Requirements

• SAP F&R functional professional with 4–9 years of experience in demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and retail process optimization.
• Strong expertise in F&R master data, MAP/DRP rules, order calculations, and end-to-end replenishment workflows.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver stable, scalable solutions.
• Adept at translating business needs into SAP F&R enhancements, driving operational efficiency and inventory performance.
