About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Functional professional to lead and manage SAP EWM projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including S/4HANA and EWM implementation projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide teams, ensure quality processes, and manage project lifecycles from conception to deployment. Experience with JSOX (or SOX) compliance and a deep understanding of various SAP EWM modules are essential.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
• 4+ years of experience as an SAP Systems Lead managing small teams.
• Must have S/4HANA & EWM implementation project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a solution from conception through realization, leading to effective deployment/roll-out.
• Ability to lead and build teams.
• Ability to train teams.
• Possess and practice knowledge of quality processes and adopted quality standards in projects.
• Lead support experience with JSOX (or SOX) compliance.
• Strong knowledge in design and architecting solutions.
• Proficiency in Planning, procurement, IM, Valuation, Inbound/Outbound Delivery processing, Warehouse operations, Shipment processing/cost processing, Engineering Change Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EWM implementation projects from conception through realization.
• Manage small teams, including training and development.
• Ensure adherence to quality processes and adopted quality standards.
• Lead support activities with JSOX (or SOX) compliance.
• Design and architect SAP EWM solutions.
• Oversee effective deployment and roll-out of solutions.
• Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms.
