Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of SAP EWM experience, including full lifecycle S/4HANA or ECC EWM implementation experience as a functional lead
- Minimum of 5 years of configuration experience across warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, putaway/picking strategies, wave management, HU management, and RF framework
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Labor Management and warehouse automation integration experience
- Minimum of 5 years of cross-workstream integration experience across MM, SD, PP, TM, and FI/CO
- Prior experience working for a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP consulting environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of end-to-end EWM processes: inbound delivery, putaway strategies, wave management, picking, packing, goods issue, and outbound fulfillment
- Design warehouse structure including warehouse numbers, storage types, sections, activity areas, and bin configuration across single and multi-DC landscapes
- Configure Warehouse Task/Order management, putaway and picking strategy determination, and storage type search sequences
- Lead Handling Unit (HU) management design including packaging specifications, nested HUs, batch management, shelf-life, and serial number tracking
- Configure RF framework including transaction customization, verification steps, and exception handling for shop floor and warehouse execution
- Design and configure Labor Management (LM) including activity types, engineered labor standards, and performance benchmarking
- Lead automation integration design including Material Flow System (MFS), conveyor/sortation interfaces, and goods-to-person scenarios
- Configure Yard Management, dock appointment scheduling, Value-Added Services (VAS), and cross-docking scenarios where in scope
- Own EWM integration design with MM, SD, PP, TM, and FI across inbound, outbound, and production supply scenarios
- Advise on embedded vs. decentralized EWM deployment model trade-offs and WM-to-EWM migration strategy
- Lead EWM workstream through full SAP Activate lifecycle including fit-to-standard workshops, BBPs, FSDs, SIT, UAT, and cutover
