About The Position

Accenture's SAP practice is a leader in building SAP solutions, focusing on transforming how businesses operate. We are seeking to expand our SAP team with advisory skills to drive transformation at scale for clients, particularly in the Utilities industry which is undergoing significant transformation due to the AI revolution. Our clients need help building SAP solutions to accelerate data center construction, support AI growth and monetization, and enable AI-backed business models. We are looking for a confident Manager who is passionate about SAP-based Finance Transformation projects, stays ahead of SAP platform, industry, and Finance trends, and can translate client goals into actionable outcomes. You will leverage the capabilities of various SAP platforms to drive business value and transform end-to-end functions globally. The more complex the challenges, the more excited you will be to lead the charge in solving them.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional/technical expertise with Project Systems including WBS Element/Project Structuring, budgeting/planning, capturing and reporting on costs, labor and overhead costing, Settlement, integration with Fixed Assets (or external asset management systems), and integration with Plant Maintenance (mainly work orders) or external work management system (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
Minimum of 5 years experience (hands-on) with EP-PM including Portfolio, Portfolio Bucket, and Portfolio Item Configuration; statuses and workflow; Decision Flow Management; budgeting/planning; and integration with Project Systems (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Utilities or other Resources clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 7 years work experience).

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with senior client Operations and Finance executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including during sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap.
Identify functional areas expertise where AI can deliver real value to clients.
Experience in deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and ability to explain how these AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery.
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps, onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
