Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of SAP functional/technical expertise with SAP Asset and Work Management, including Asset Management, Maintenance Notifications, Work Order Management (Preventive, Corrective, Capital), Planning and Scheduling, Asset Hierarchies and Asset master data, material planning and integration with Finance, Inventory, Mobile and Plant Accounting solutions. (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP Asset and Work Management processes, developing workflows and designing business solutions for utilities work (examples, preventive Maintenance programs for linear assets, Compatible Unit Designs with Account designations). (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement).
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Utilities or other Resources clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model.
Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 7 years work experience).

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through combined SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with senior client Operations and other executives on business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future).
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, including during sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap, and identify functional areas where AI can deliver real value to clients.
Demonstrate experience in deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain how these AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery.
Advise, design, and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps, onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
