About The Position

The SAP EHS Lead will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, integration, and support SAP Health & Safety (EHS) solutions as part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP EHS solution design, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10-15 years of SAP EHS experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations.
• Proven greenfield S/4HANA experience.
• Utility industry experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of electrical safety, substation and distribution operations, contractor safety, confined space entry, work permits, lockout/tagout procedures, transformer oil handling, environmental compliance, and utility safety regulations.
• Experience leading full lifecycle SAP EHS implementations.
• Experience integrating SAP EHS with SAP S/4HANA, SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP is required.
• Hands-on experience in SAP EHS solution design.
• Hands-on experience in business process optimization.
• Hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience in project delivery.
• Expertise in Incident & Near-Miss Reporting.
• Expertise in Risk Assessments & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Expertise in Audit & Inspection Management.
• Expertise in Regulatory Compliance.
• Expertise in Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Expertise in Environmental Management.
• Expertise in Permit-to-Work Processes.
• Expertise in Work Clearance Management (WCM).
• Expertise in Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Safety, Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define requirements, recommend SAP best practices, and ensure successful deployment of EHS capabilities.
• Provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle, lead fit-to-standard workshops, support data migration, testing, deployment, and change management activities, while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
• Lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Health & Safety (EHS) solutions as part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Optimize business processes related to SAP EHS.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
