About The Position

We’re hiring an SAP Developer to join the enterprise applications team of a globally recognized Canadian organization in the consumer health and manufacturing space, with products distributed across international markets. This role supports a mature, multi-system ERP landscape that underpins manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and corporate operations. You’ll contribute to SAP-driven business systems while also building and integrating modern applications across a cloud-aligned enterprise environment. You are a hands-on Developer with strong experience in modern technologies and a solid background supporting SAP-enabled enterprise environments. You understand how enterprise systems connect across application, integration, and ERP layers, and you’re comfortable contributing across the stack. You write clean, maintainable code, whether building backend services, developing front-end components, or enhancing SAP functionality using ABAP within a structured ERP landscape. You understand performance considerations, system interoperability, and the importance of scalable design in business-critical systems. You’re confident working directly with business stakeholders, able to translate requirements into practical technical solutions, and comfortable contributing to architecture discussions while mentoring more junior developers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SAP development within enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with ABAP and SAP ERP systems
• Experience working within Tier 1 ERP environments and integrated system landscapes
• Proven experience with SAP integrations (APIs, middleware, or other integration tools)
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures, workflows, and system architecture
• Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Exposure to databases and data handling within SAP environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP within a Tier 1 ERP environment
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the SAP landscape
• Configure and customize SAP modules, workflows, and data structures as needed
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization of SAP applications
• Work with enterprise databases and data models within SAP environments
• Participate in full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, and deployment support
• Troubleshoot complex SAP-related issues and deliver structured, high-quality solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and business processes
• Contribute to development standards and support knowledge sharing across the team
