About The Position

The SAP Client Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery and client relationship management across strategic SAP accounts, spanning discrete, process and A&D industries. This role owns overall delivery performance, client satisfaction, program governance, and growth across a portfolio of SAP initiatives. Operating at the intersection of delivery execution, client partnership, and business outcomes, the Client Delivery Lead ensures all engagements are delivered predictably, aligned to client priorities, and positioned to drive long-term value and expansion. The role requires strong executive presence, delivery rigor, and the ability to translate SAP capabilities into business impact.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of SAP delivery experience with strong exposure to client-facing leadership roles.
Proven experience managing SAP delivery for large enterprise clients.
Strong experience across S/4HANA programs, AMS delivery, and enhancement initiatives.
Proven ability to manage large, complex SAP delivery portfolios.
Strong financial and commercial management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
Experience working in multi-vendor, global delivery environments.
Strong decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
15+ years of SAP/IT experience managing and deliverying SAP Projects10+ years of SAP Program/Delivery Management experience
5+ years of S/4 HANA experrience.
