SAP Defense & Security (D&S) Manager

The SAP Defense & Security Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing deep expertise in SAP's Defense and Security Module. This role involves working on SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring the system meets the specific needs of defense and security organizations. A strong understanding of SAP's Defense and Security Module is essential for effectively designing, configuring, and implementing solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years SAP implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience in SAP D&S or DFPS Module
- SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
- Ability to travel once per month (Monday-Friday) to Kingstowne, VA
Nice To Haves
- SAP certification in Defense and Security Module
- Experience with Government SAP implementations
- Background in defense and security organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Work on a cross-functional agile operations team providing Tier 2 support to production capabilities
- Perform Design, configuration and test of SAP modules
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
- Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery
- Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing
- Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
