About The Position

As organizations modernize their SAP landscapes, getting master data right is foundational to successful transformation. You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and SAP technology – helping clients establish governance, elevate data quality, and execute data migration and MDG programs that support scalable operations and long-term value. This includes designing and applying comprehensive methods, practices, policies, tools, and processes to govern and control the entire lifecycle of data assets, performing maturity assessment, and advising on tools and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience with one or more SAP modules, including full‑cycle implementations within your core area.
Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines, including Data Migration, Master Data Management (MDG), Data Governance, Data Analytics, data quality programs, Enterprise IT Architecture, and related data management capabilities across SAP landscapes.
Strong understanding of the SAP S/4HANA data model, including key simplification impacts, with hand-on experience supporting data and system migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client‑facing presentations and technical documentation.
Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams and managing project‑based teams.
Knowledge of leading practices and prior advisory experience across industry‑specific finance and technology environments.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
