About The Position

C5MI is seeking a high-performance SAP Data Migration Analyst to solve complex, mission-critical challenges. This role involves supporting SAP data integration workflows and transformations, data profiling and cleansing, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving. The analyst will develop and maintain data mappings and transformations, partner with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and participate in quality reviews to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of ABAP development experience, with an emphasis on Financial Accounting (AR/AP/GL/FM), SMART Forms, and SAP Scripts, or no degree with 3-5 years of stated relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) or related SAP data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, LTMC, Syniti).
  • Prior experience supporting federal or public sector ERP/data migration engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains data integration workflows, data mappings, and transformations.
  • Ensures seamless integration of data with other systems and applications.
  • Performs data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Optimizes SAP Data Services jobs for improved performance and scalability.
  • Collaborates with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participates in quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code.
  • Travels on occasion to consult on site (10-15%).
  • Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.
