About The Position
The Advanced Technology Centers (ATCs) are the engine for reinvention in our clients' transformation journey. This role requires in office presence 3 days per week at local ATC office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA data conversion and migration for large-scale ERP transformations.
- Strong understanding of data governance, reconciliation, and validation in regulated environments.
- Experience working with on-prem S/4 implementations with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies.
- Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance prior to start.
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data conversion strategy, including legacy data assessment, cleansing, transformation, validation, loading and cutover planning.
- Lead data conversion activities across multiple end-to-end business processes, including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Design to Sustain, Issue to Complete.
- Define and govern data standards, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls.
- Partner closely with SAP functional leads, technical teams, testing teams, and client stakeholders.
- Support test cycles, mock conversions, and final cutover activities.
- Act as the primary escalation point for data-related issues and risks.
Benefits
- Annual Salary Range British Columbia/Ontario $99,450 to $209,900
