Requirements

Hands‑on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance data entry and navigation
Experience creating or maintaining equipment records, functional locations, and maintenance plans
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
Ability to work from templates, examples, and written standards with minimal ambiguity
Associates Degree

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting facilities or manufacturing maintenance programs
Prior exposure to regulated environments (OSHA, EPA, PSM) is a plus
Experience working within formal data governance or Management of Change frameworks

Responsibilities

Create and maintain equipment records, functional locations, and measurement points in SAP PM using approved templates and standards
Populate equipment attributes, classifications, and reference data per FMS guidelines
Build preventive maintenance plans and maintenance items from approved task lists
Support bulk SAP PM data loads, site expansions, and new equipment installations
Perform data cleanup, validation, and standardization to ensure accuracy and completeness
Follow FMS master data and change management procedures, flagging inconsistencies as needed
Maintain clear documentation to support audits, traceability, and quality reviews
