The consultant will be responsible for designing and configuring SAP Benefits (BN) modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Payroll (PY), and supporting benefits-related compliance activities. Additionally, the role involves managing inbound/outbound interfaces with third-party vendors, analyzing and resolving complex issues, and supporting system upgrades. The consultant will also act as a liaison between HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams, providing user training and documentation.
