About The Position

TSGi is seeking a SAP Design Functional Lead to support a large-scale federal travel and expense modernization initiative serving civilian government agencies. In this role, you will own SAP Concur functional configuration and process design for external financial-system provider onboarding, access, integration testing, functional testing, user acceptance, and supporting documentation within a non-production environment. Candidates local to Herndon, VA are preferred and will be expected to work onsite four (4) days per week. Fully remote candidates will also be considered; however, West Coast candidates will not be considered. Per our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.
  • Experience translating requirements into configuration, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Knowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding, and non-production testing concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP Concur certification preferred.
  • API, SFTP, or shared-services experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Rational ClearQuest, Rational ClearCase, and CMMI Level 3 preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.
  • Define and document onboarding, sponsorship, user-access, and testing workflows for authorized external financial-system providers.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into SAP Concur configurations, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for API and file-based integrations.
  • Develop and maintain operational and process documentation.
  • Support identity, access management, provider onboarding, and non-production testing processes.
  • Apply knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations to configuration and process design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integrations and workflows meet functional and operational requirements.
