About The Position

The role focuses on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) platform and related components, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The project needs a candidate with exposure to BDC and SAC migration, including migration from a classical, non-HANA, on-premises SAP BW system to SAP BDC. The role involves working with SAP BW connection points such as Datasphere and SAP BW Bridge, and designing scalable, high-performing data solutions based on business requirements. It also includes building data integration strategies across SAP BTP, Datasphere, Databricks, and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, integrating both SAP and non-SAP sources. The position is remote, with possible travel to Greensboro, North Carolina; flexible work-from-home options are available.

Requirements

Good exposure to SAP BDC and SAC migration.
Experience with SAP BW-to-Datasphere and SAP BW Bridge connection points.
Strong understanding of SAP data structures.
Strong understanding of Datasphere architecture.
Expertise in data modeling using graphical and SQL views.
Experience building analytical datasets, facts, and dimension views.
Knowledge of data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources.
Python experience for Datasphere.
Banking domain experience or a finance background.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Data Product Generator for Finance.
SAP Joule Studio experience to build AI in SAP.
Experience with Databricks and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud data orchestration.

Responsibilities
