Requirements

US Citizenship is required for this role
In-depth knowledge of SAP ECP modules, including Payroll processing and configuration, Payroll rules and regulations, reporting and analytics
Experience in SAP ECP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment (e.g. SAP GUI, Eclipse, etc.)
Experience with data migration and conversion from legacy systems to SAP ECP
Experience with business process re-engineering and optimization
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and payroll

Configure and support the ECP system to ensure seamless integration with existing processes
Work with stakeholders to capture and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Collaborate with technical teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that meet business needs
Coordinate with product management on funding and priorities, estimate development efforts, and manage change requests
