Documenting software designs, code, and processes for future reference and maintenance will be essential. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies will ensure the software remains current and competitive. Furthermore, you will independently design and implement software solutions, perform debugging and testing, and mentor junior developers by providing technical leadership and expertise. Finally, you will contribute to the strategic direction of software development initiatives, helping to shape the future of the organization's software capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience.
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with various development tools and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or others.
