About The Position

Criatto Group is a Recruitment and Selection consultancy specialized in technology, working with major clients in Brazil and the United States. This position is for one of our clients, a company currently undergoing strong expansion with several new openings available. The role is offered as a 100% remote opportunity. Role Description: This is an SAP BRIM SOM and CI implementation with integration into SD Billing. There is no FICA sub ledger in scope. This role is to lead the Explore and Design phase for SAP BRIM SOM/CI, facilitating business workshops for requirements gathering and solution design. Demonstrate SAP BRIM capabilities as needed, explain SOM and CI concepts and the standard processes. Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create the right solutions based on business needs.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) implementation knowledge.
• Experience with SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) configuration, including BITs & CITs, Billing, Invoicing, Posting Area, Bill Cycle, FICA posting, Revenue Accrual, Billing Request, Invoicing offsetting, etc.
• S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Ability to write and execute Functional Specifications, User Stories, and related documentation.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage end users, development teams, and executives.
• Availability to travel as required (0–100%, depending on business needs and client requirements).
• Fluent English (mandatory requirement).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successfully delivering the SAP BRIM Explore and Design phase with all required deliverables.
• Plan, prepare and run workshops with business stakeholders.
• Assess current business processes and define future state solutions.
• Define business requirements and process design (including scenario design and flow mapping) on SAP BRIM (Subscription Order Management, Billing and Invoicing) related processes and functionalities, including the BDR integration into SD.
• Create SAP BRIM functional designs.
• Lead the functional team (3 offshore resources) and assign work tasks to deliver the Explore and Design deliverables.
• Work with technical team members to identify gaps (RICEFWs) in the SAP BRIM SOM and CI solution.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, IT) to ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems.
