About The Position

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of SAP experience

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Management of Technology preferred
At least 6 years of hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experience
SAP certification in one or more BRIM components or S/4HANA Finance preferred
Leading end-to-end SAP BRIM program delivery
Navigating client engagements with C-suite stakeholders
Driving quality assurance across multiple workstreams
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Managing and mentoring teams across engagements
Building senior client relationships for repeat engagements
Possessing prior experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 system integrator
