About The Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Manager / SAP BODS Solution Architect to lead end-to-end data migration activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), SAP Information Steward, SAP ECC, NonSAP to S/4HANA migrations, data governance, and enterprise data quality management. The candidate will be responsible for managing data migration teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and development teams across multiple workstreams, while ensuring successful delivery of migration objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) & hands-on with SAP Information Steward.
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, IDOCs, BAPIs, and ETL processes.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical streams.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Nice To Haves

• SAP BODS certification preferred.
• SAP Information Steward experience
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are an advantage.
• Large-scale global SAP transformation programs.
• SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives.
• Multi-country rollout and template deployment projects.
