About The Position
The SAP Basis Support Consultant provides day‑to‑day SAP Basis support including system monitoring, incident response, user administration, transport execution, and technical troubleshooting. This resource ensures reliable and compliant operation of SAP landscapes through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, maintenance activities, and documented operational processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting system monitoring, incident management, user administration, and transport execution
- Strong fundamentals of SAP Basis
- Solid troubleshooting skills across SAP applications and environments
- Ability to follow structured operational processes and produce clear documentation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
Responsibilities
- Perform system health monitoring, log review, and performance checks
- Triage and resolve incidents, escalating as needed
- Execute user and authorization administration requests
- Perform transport execution across SAP environments
- Conduct system maintenance activities and maintain operational readiness
- Update documentation, procedures, and support records
- Manage escalations and communicate status of issues
