Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.
  • Expertise in SAP system lifecycle management (Installations, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP security frameworks, roles, and authorization concepts.
  • Proven experience in performance tuning and system health monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of database interactions within an SAP environment.
  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain SAP BASIS systems, including complex installations, upgrades, and patch applications.
  • Execute system administration tasks such as client copies and system refreshes to ensure environment parity.
  • Monitor system performance and stability, proactively troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues.
  • Handle SAP User administration, managing security roles and authorizations with precision.
  • Ensure strict compliance with security policies and SAP industry best practices.
  • Support database administration activities in close coordination with dedicated DB teams to maintain data integrity.
