About The Position

This role involves driving workshops with client's procurement business teams to understand their current purchasing configuration in their SAP Ariba system. The lead will leverage strong knowledge of Ariba modules and integration capabilities to guide clients on improvement areas and business process re-engineering. The position also requires a focus on Application Management Services (AMS), incident troubleshooting, and service/change request handling, with collaboration during the build, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Ariba Supplier lifecycle performance, SAP Ariba Buying & Guided Buying, Ariba Invoicing, Ariba Commerce Automation and Ariba integration with SAP and nonSAP systems.
• Experience with Ariba CIG mappings and integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA or nonSAP systems.
• Strong focus on AMS and enhancement.
• Ability to troubleshoot Incidents, handle Service requests and Change requests.
• Strong communication skills.
• Client-facing skills.
• Team Lead and offshore coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive workshops with client's procurement business teams to understand their current purchasing configuration in their SAP Ariba system.
• Guide the client on improvement areas in terms of business process re-engineering wherever needed.
• Handle Application Management Services (AMS) and enhancement tasks, including troubleshooting Incidents, Service requests, and Change requests.
• Collaborate with the technical team during the 'Build' phase of the engagement, Cutover, go-live and Hyper care support.
• Perform Ariba CIG mappings and integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA or nonSAP systems.
