This role requires to be in the local office 3 days per week. Preferred location: Montreal, Canada.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Ariba configuration and integrations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba
- Strong experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Experience working with APIs and SaaS-based integrations
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SAP Concur and/or SAP Fieldglass integrations
- Experience with Ariba Central Invoicing Management (CIM)
- Exposure to procurement and source-to-pay processes
- Experience with S/4 HANA integration
- Experience with other external invoice systems (e.g. Relish, TRAX)
- Experience with SAP BTP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Ariba and related SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements while maintaining system stability and performance
- Lead integration design and implementation leveraging SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Ariba, guiding team decisions, and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, procurement, technical teams) to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Manage application releases, enhancements, and defect resolution across multiple environments.
- Analyze complex system issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall team effectiveness.
