About The Position

Requirements

10-15+ years of hands-on SAP architecture and implementation experience
Expertise in SAP Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems
Proven experience with both S4/HANA and ECC environments
History of successful SAP deployments within large-scale organizations
Demonstrated ability to interact with business users and translate needs into technical solutions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with R&D for SAP solutions, including writing specifications and guiding technical teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Architect and design the overall SAP enterprise system blueprint with secure integration across modules and cloud platforms
Lead multiple SAP implementations, including both Brownfield and Greenfield projects
Develop and execute SAP FICO roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
Analyze current solutions, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements for optimal business alignment
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions
Guide and mentor SAP teams through project lifecycle, from R&D to delivery and post-implementation support
Ensure delivery of end-to-end SAP Finance solutions, specifically focusing on GL, AR, AP, FA, and Project Systems
Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the SAP community
