About The Position

Albertsons Companies is a leading food and drug retailer in the United States with over 2,200 stores across 34 states and the District of Columbia. This role is for a full-time Sanitor position at our Clackamas, OR food manufacturing plant, which produces bread, buns, and rolls for Albertsons/Safeway stores in Oregon and Washington. The plant operates 24/7 and requires night shifts, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work expected. The position involves working in a wet/dry environment and requires contact with cleaning chemicals. All necessary equipment, PPE, and tools will be provided by the plant. This is a union position, with wages determined by the Union Contract.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Self-motivated, time, goal, and detail oriented.
• Able to follow directions and complete paperwork.
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment).
• Follow plant GMP (good manufacturing policy) and all other plant policies.
• Pass drug screening upon hiring.
• Union Membership Required.

Nice To Haves

• Sanitation experience is preferred but not required.
