Shift: 3rd PM - Thursday through Sunday - Four 10-hour shifts Position Title: Sanitizer I and Sanitizer II Tasks: This position is responsible for assisting in the disassembling and set-up of production equipment before and after cleaning and sanitizing production lines and equipment. Some tasks include but are not limited to; efficiently clean all large equipment, production lines, small equipment, machine parts, plastics, racks, and small utensils, and windows, floors around equipment, vats, and canisters. It also involves cleaning of lunch room, locker rooms, toilets, wash rooms, and production offices. Candidate must be willing to stand, walk, stop, climb, lift, reach, and use repetitive motion for a period of 8 hours on concrete floors. Candidate must be willing to individually lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift. In addition, candidate must be able to work on ladders and at (a 10 ft. or more) height in cages and scissor lifts. Candidate must be able to obtain P.I.T license. Candidate must be able to handle high pressure hoses, and must be able to continuously mop overhead ceilings with condensation and operate CIP tanks. Candidate may work and will be trained in confined spaces. Must be able to work with hazardous chemicals such as acids, corrosives, and etc. to clean and sanitize production area and equipment. Candidate will be also be trained on Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) due to responsibilities for safe operation. This position will be exposed on a routine basis to extreme temperatures ranging below 0F (-10F in some freezers) to over 110F while working around cookers; wet and slippery floors in some areas. Candidate must be willing to wear personal protective equipment (rain suits, boots, face shields, gloves, and etc.) while in the production areas.
