• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Being patient and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning Responsible for cleaning the whole property.
• Operate cleaning equipment (for example steam cleaners, floor polishers) and use chemicals and other cleaning products safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and waste according to the organisation’s waste removal and recycling policies.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs (changing light bulbs etc. ).
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Recognise and report pest infestations to supervisor or manager.
• Recognise and report all health & safety issues to a supervisor or manager (leakage, broken equipment etc. ).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
