About The Position

The Sanitation Associate maintains a clean, debris-free work site in a warehouse facility and learns sanitation and pallet-sorting best practices. The role may be performed independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision. Associates are assigned to specific areas to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations. The position involves direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel, requiring a positive and friendly manner. Associates handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and the customer, follow company standards and customer timelines, and maintain a safe work environment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, at the Ashley, Indiana location. Pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and high energy.
Self-motivation and the ability to work with limited supervision.
Ability to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 25–75 pounds.
Flexibility to work a changing schedule based on operational needs.
Ability to sit or stand for periods in an office and warehouse environment, including on concrete flooring and in changing temperatures.

Keep the Site Supervisor and Manager informed about dock conditions, accomplishments, and concerns, and contribute suggestions for improvement.
