About The Position

The Sanitation person at the Brantford location provides support to the Sanitation team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Complete required daily documentation, including temperature logs, cleaning records, and chemical measurements. Perform thorough equipment cleaning and maintain facility housekeeping in line with GMP and company standards. Work with QA to ensure sanitation swabs meet required specifications and follow all food‑safety processes. Operate sanitation equipment, report safety or quality concerns, and carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• High school or technical school education, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to learn proper chemical handling, waste disposal, cleaning techniques, and follow GMP and food‑safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed procedures accurately
