Requirements
- Some High School education
- Prior experience in related food service or kitchen support role required
- Customer service background and orientation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Responsibilities
- Transporting food between kitchens
- Putting away stock, labeling and dating food
- Clean all kitchen and café equipment, including grill and fryer
- Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
- Gather and prepare soiled linens for vendor pickup
- Wash dishes and maintain dishwashing area cleanliness
- Assist line cooks with food prep as needed
