About The Position

The Sanitation/Warehouse Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while supporting Shipping and Production operations. This role is highly physical and involves repetitive bending, lifting, and movement throughout the shift. The specialist will handle cardboard waste, manage returned product cleanup, and assist with accurate product placement to support efficient operations. This role will report to the Shipping Supervisor in Ogden, UT. Friday to Sunday, 10-hour shifts.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift experience a plus.
Previous warehouse, sanitation, or material handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collect, transport, and compact cardboard scrap throughout the warehouse using designated equipment.
Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and physical movement as part of daily sanitation and material handling duties.
Clean and process returned products, ensuring proper disposal or reintegration into inventory as required.
Assist inventory team by accurately putting finished production products into correct warehouse locations.
Handle high-volume workload, including managing approximately 40+ pallets per shift.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, and workstations to support safety and operational efficiency.
Follow all safety procedures and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.
Ensure work areas remain organized and free of debris or hazards.
Maintain productivity standards and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Support overall warehouse operations as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
