The Sanitation Technician is responsible for daily cleaning and sanitation of food processing and storage areas, to prepare for routine operations at Murray’s Cheese’s production and distribution facility. Tasks are in accordance with our Food Safety Plan, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Master Sanitation Schedule, Pest Control program, Good Manufacturing Practices, safety and compliance programs, and chemical application, use, and control procedures. Please note: This position is an overnight role, operating between approximately 6PM to 2AM.
