About The Position

In this role, you'll be part of the Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing sanitation tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning work areas and machinery with industrial equipment and hazardous chemicals like floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, and pressure washers. Compliance with HACCP protocols, managing allergen risks, and preventing contamination are essential. This role is part of our Nutra Blend business who is an industry leader in manufacturing and distributing quality vitamin, trace mineral, micro-ingredients, and antibiotic premixes for the feed industry.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1 year of work experience in any industry
Basic computer and math skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful

Nice To Haves

1+ year of manufacturing or cleaning work experience
