About The Position

MANE is seeking a Night Shift Sanitation Technician for its Lebanon, Ohio facility. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the capsule production areas and interacting with various internal departments, external contractors, vendors, auditors, and customers. Key competencies for this position include analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills, time management, self-motivation, and mathematical and computer skills.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year of custodial experience with industrial or construction backgrounds preferred.
Flavor industry desired.
Computer literate.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness throughout all hallways and stairs at the production level.
Clean and sanitize drains in the production areas.
Manage master sanitation lists outside of the production rooms, including washrooms, hallways, and pre-weighing rooms.
Clean overhead piping using a scissor lift.
Stock soap and sanitizer in each of the production areas.
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools, including buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
Support and enforce all policies, MANE and governmental, such as OSHA, EPA, and GMP rules, and health and safety regulations and guidelines, etc.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Actively participate in relevant education/training based upon corporate and local environmental objectives and adhere to applicable environmental policies and procedures, as well as act on best practices.
