About The Position

TDP Bakery is hiring Sanitation Team Members who are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various areas at the Bakery, including equipment, washrooms, and floors. This role is crucial in ensuring our bakery meets health and safety standards. The position offers weekly pay.

Requirements

Previous experience in a sanitation or cleaning role, preferably in a food production environment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work any day of the week, including weekends (schedule is subject to change).
Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work on a daily basis.
Ability to learn and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices.
Authorization to work in the US (must provide proper documentation).
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain rack washing equipment efficiently.
Follow the 3-sink containment procedure accurately.
Clean floors using a floor scrubber; knowledge of floor scrubber operation is essential.
Understand and correctly follow procedures for Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3.
Adhere to color code protocols for cleaning and sanitation.
Monitor and check temperatures in equipment to ensure proper operation.
Measure and verify sanitizer parts per million (ppm) levels.
Knowledge and adherence to PPE requirements.
Inspect cleaned areas for any residue and ensure thorough cleaning.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor.
