Sanitation Team Member
About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within a foodservice warehouse. The role involves cleaning various surfaces, furniture, restrooms, locker rooms, trailers, tractors, and work areas using cleaning chemicals and paints. Employees may occasionally use ladders or MHE equipment like a scissor lift. The work environment is multi-temperature, ranging from -10 to +90 degrees Fahrenheit. Light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and painting, are also part of the duties. Additionally, the role includes emptying trash receptacles throughout the building and performing other assigned projects or duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- 0 to 6 months of general work experience
Responsibilities
- Clean various surfaces, furniture, restrooms, locker rooms, trailers, tractors and work areas using cleaning chemicals, paints and the occasional use of ladders/MHE equipment such as a scissor lift
- Work in a multi-temperature (-10 to +90 degrees) foodservice warehouse environment
- Perform light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, painting, etc.
- Empty trash receptacles throughout the building
- Other projects or duties as assigned
