About The Position

Employees will perform cleanliness and sanitation of the production and non-production areas in the plant. Typical positions an employee will fill include: Wash and sanitize all infrastructure/equipment in or outside of the plant for inspection, Disassemble equipment and prepare for sanitation process, Utilize high-pressure hoses, foamers, and sanitizers including portable units, and be able to work with sanitation chemicals. This position’s starting wage is $21.87 per hour with timed pay increases.

Requirements

• Ability stand for the duration of shift excluding designated break times
• Ability to work in refrigerated temperatures for duration of shift excluding designated break times
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to bend, twist and kneel to complete the sanitation process
• Ability to operate a high-pressure hose with nozzle
• Ability to work full-time and overtime
• Ability to work to weekend shift and 2nd shift (afternoon start time)
• 1 year of stable work history strongly preferred
• 3 years Manufacturing experience required (6 months relevant experience in the last 12 months)

Responsibilities

• Perform all pre-operational safety inspections
• Make sure guards are in place at work station
• Know and follow all Quality Production Specifications in performance of the job
• Know and follow all PPE and GMP in the performance of this job to ensure proper cleanliness of product
• Use practices consistent with the highest possible quality and yield results
• Housekeeping
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervision
• All employees are responsible for the implementation, on-going maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Risk Management Process (QRMP) here at Coshocton
