About The Position

The Team Leader in NPH Sanitation must have excellent interpersonal skills. This position involves working in and promoting a team environment; communicate and monitor processes to maintain sanitation quality standards; train and document employee activities/performance as required. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records; insure a safe and sanitary working environment; communicate any sanitation issues to supervisor in a timely manner; report damage, unsafe/unusual conditions of materials, ingredients or equipment to supervisor; follow all safety procedures; perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, occasional fumes and varying production and cold storage
• Work performed will be in a production environment with possible exposure to food allergens, dust, varying temperatures, loud noise level and occasional fumes and chemicals
• Must be flexible with regard to job assignments as days, hours and support tasks may vary depending on production needs
• Weekends and overtime may be required
• Follow Packing House Food Safety, Dress Code and Sanitation requirements
• This is a safety sensitive position, subject to initial and follow-up drug testing
• Compliance with company attendance standards
