Supervises and develops sanitation procedures of production machinery, facility, and equipment. This role is responsible for monitoring sanitation cleaning procedures, maintaining employee relations including hiring, training, and disciplining, and instructing and coaching employees on the proper use of protective equipment. The position also involves developing new sanitation procedures and protocols, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed by sanitation employees, and training all employees in good safety and health practices. Adherence to company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices is essential. Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to the nature of working with people, items, and equipment at the facility.
