We're excited to announce an opening for a Sanitation Supervisor who plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the sanitation process throughout the facility by leading and managing the Sanitation team. Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years Sanitation Supervisory experience within a food manufacturing facility
  • Pre-operational inspection experience required
  • Integrated pest management experience
  • Understanding of environmental monitoring programs
  • Experience in maintaining sanitation equipment (floor scrubbers, portable foamers, chemical metering stations, etc.)
  • Experience in creating and managing Standard Sanitation Operation Procedures, verification programs, and preventive and corrective actions.
  • Must have strong communication skills, basic computer skills, basic math skills, critical thinking, and coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

  • HAACP certification strongly preferred
  • PCQI Training preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the sanitation team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the sanitation process.
  • In charge of all documentation and verification for the sanitation department including the Master Sanitation Schedule, Titrations, etc.
  • Ensure all sanitation team members are properly trained for required sanitation tasks.
  • Fully trained to operate all equipment within the Sanitation department.
  • Maintain strong communication with the Maintenance department and production team members as necessary.
  • Manage the sanitation budget and purchase required sanitation supplies.
  • Oversee and regularly communicate with 3rd party sanitation lead.
  • Manage Sanitation employees including providing timely feedback, disciplinary actions, schedules, etc.
