We're excited to announce an opening for a Sanitation Supervisor who plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the sanitation process throughout the facility by leading and managing the Sanitation team. Requirements

High school diploma (or equivalent)
3-5 years Sanitation Supervisory experience within a food manufacturing facility
Pre-operational inspection experience required
Integrated pest management experience
Understanding of environmental monitoring programs
Experience in maintaining sanitation equipment (floor scrubbers, portable foamers, chemical metering stations, etc.)
Experience in creating and managing Standard Sanitation Operation Procedures, verification programs, and preventive and corrective actions.
Must have strong communication skills, basic computer skills, basic math skills, critical thinking, and coordination skills.

Nice To Haves

HAACP certification strongly preferred
PCQI Training preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the sanitation team to ensure the quality and efficiency of the sanitation process.
In charge of all documentation and verification for the sanitation department including the Master Sanitation Schedule, Titrations, etc.
Ensure all sanitation team members are properly trained for required sanitation tasks.
Fully trained to operate all equipment within the Sanitation department.
Maintain strong communication with the Maintenance department and production team members as necessary.
Manage the sanitation budget and purchase required sanitation supplies.
Oversee and regularly communicate with 3rd party sanitation lead.
Manage Sanitation employees including providing timely feedback, disciplinary actions, schedules, etc.
