This role involves utilizing specific cleaning techniques for various machines throughout the plant floor, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), USDA Guidelines, and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs). The work schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 PM to 6 AM.
