About The Position
As a Sanitation Specialist, you will be responsible for sanitizing and disinfecting all of our common areas in the restaurant. Duties for this position include clearing items from tables after a guest leaves and ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of all contact surface areas throughout the shift. These areas include any item that a guest or Team Member may come in contact with throughout the day. Some examples include tables, condiments, faucets, all handles, chairs booths, computer terminals and more.
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for duration of shift
- Able to lift 15 – 20 pounds
- Exert fast paced mobility throughout their shift to maintain proper sanitation levels
