About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a PPE Inventory Specialist to support our Guymon, Oklahoma, processing plant operations. The PPE Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the Sanitation Department. Requirements

High School or GED.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including presentations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Ability to become proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

Intermediate in Microsoft Excel or preferred.
Experience managing inventory.
Bilingual Skills, Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate inventory of all PPE. This includes conducting regular audits, tracking usage rates, and forecasting future needs.
Ensure that all employees have access to the necessary PPE. This includes distributing equipment and ensuring that all sizes and types of PPE are available.
Maintain detailed records of PPE inventory, distribution, and training. Prepare regular reports on PPE usage and costs.
Prepare PPE supplies at the beginning of shift for orderly distribution and ensure at the end of shift that PPE is stored properly.
Assess state of PPE related to sanitation and wear and tear and report on findings.
