Under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor, the sanitation operator is responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitizing of machinery used to produce finished goods. This is to ensure compliance with equipment sanitary conditions prior to the start of production in accordance with standard operating procedures. Cleaning duties include: Pre-sanitation production area prior to starting of the sanitation process. Pre-rinsing of equipment CIP & QA inspections Final rinse & foam Reassembly of equipment After sanitation is completed, perform pre-production pre-op, and start to produce quality product as per daily production schedule for shift startup.
