Requirements

• Ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule.
• Ability to work 4 days on and 4 days off.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to break down, prepare, and sanitize equipment related to cheese-making production in compliance with company policies.
• Effectively utilize sanitation equipment, such as hoses, chemical foaming systems, and equipment wash systems.
• Perform computer entry related to sanitation processes.
• Ensure accurate sanitation records are kept and maintained.
